[Pols-announce] picnic

We're going to head to Burcham park shortly to start setting up.  Hopefully able to have some time before any rain starting.  4pm picnic -You can take Indiana Street north.  You will need to cross over the train tracks on the way into the park but it closed up when the train is coming, this morning, when I went to look at the park.    -Linda
