[Pols-announce] don't print/copy to South copier

I was trying to change the staples, but there turns out to be multiple problems with the South MFD  (copier/printer)  Please do not print or copy at it for now.  So sorry.  It is a busy time with this equipment and changing temperatures.   I will call for copier maintenance/cleaning etc.  Thanks, Linda
