Professor Kennedy Visits with Professors from Shannxi Normal University

Dr. John Kennedy, professor and department chair, has been doing collaborative research in rural Northwest China for many years. Professors from Shannxi Normal University visited in August, gave talks to the political science department and the School of Education, and enjoyed visiting the area.
