[Pols-announce] A few announcements

Goodmorning,  I have a few things to touch base with you all about.  1.)The Fall 2025 course scheduling is already opening up for departments to begin entering Fall courses.  I have heard from the U.S. Politics group about their tentative plans, and would like to hear from the other subfields soon as well.  2.)  The GTAs have been helping organize an end of semester/holiday gathering for December 20, at 6pm, and more details will be coming, but to help finalize plans we are needing to get a head count of who thinks they could attend.  Can you let me know, at lpicke at ku.edu.
3.)  We have a new student hourly coming in some today to start trainng to work more in the Fall.  Please help welcome Ally Williams when you see her or we are doing the walk around.  The student hourly workers are helpful.  In the Spring, Hannah Loub will be on study abroad in Scotland!  I know she is looking forward to that, and Avery will be graduating in the Spring semester, from Political Science and maybe moving on to Law.
