There will be an event at 7pm at the Dole Institute on Feb 15 about bolstering election administration. Douglas County Clerk, Jamie Shew, and Scott Scwab, Kansas Secretary of State will be there.

On Tuesday, Feb 20, the KU Political Science Department is helping partner on an event about the Farm Bill. It is at 4pm, February 20 with Karen Willey moderating,  Zach Helder Senior Advisor of Agriculture Policy for Rep. Sharice Davids, and Nick Levendofsky, Executive Director of the Kansas Farmers Union. also at the Dole Institute of Politics.

Also, on Tuesday, Feb 20, a representative from Congressman Tracey Mann's office will be on campus and can meet with students about internships.  He will be here from 10am- 11:30am in the 512 Blake Conference Room.  Currently summer internship is open for online application with internship taking place between May 20-August 9.
