[Pols-announce] Happy Veterans Day, New Student-Hourly next week!

Happy Veterans Day!   Just a brief announcement, in regard to next week - on Tuesday afternoon we welcome our new student hourly, Tyler Liggett, to the reception desk in Political Science!  He will be a great help, and  with welcoming people to the department, helping direct them and make them more aware of what we offer and our partnerships.  He will also be helping some with our communications etc.  For the Spring semester, I would like to return to having a list of each person's office hours so we can best direct people as to when you will be in.  I realize that with the elevator being down for service soon, that may not be as possible during this Fall semester.  It is still helpful to reach out with information as how to best contact you and your availability.  We have had a bit of an uptick in people coming in to the office, with the ICCAE now a part of the department and with students adjusting to the new advising model and their questions, campus visits etc.
