Professor Jaroslaw Piekalkiewicz (Professor Emeritus, Political Science, KU) will discuss his most recent book Dance with Death: A Holistic View of Saving Polish Jews during the Holocaust (Hamilton Books, 2019) and describe his experience as a teenager in Nazi-occupied Poland in an interview with Prof. Nathan Wood (History, KU). CREES Director Erik Scott will introduce the event.
