Dear all,
KU's 2020 Three Minute Thesis (3MT(r)) Competition is part of a global event that highlights graduate student research by challenging students to explain their work to non-experts in three minutes or less. The preliminary heats of the competition take place this week (Oct 26-Oct. 30), and we would love it if you could attend this virtual event.
Due to the ongoing pandemic, each participating graduate student recorded a video of their presentation that is now posted to the Office of Graduate Studies' 3MT website<https://3mt.ku.edu/>. The featured research includes groundbreaking work in the humanities, social and natural sciences, music, engineering, education, and pharmacy.
All of the videos are available to the public, so we would greatly appreciate it if you could invite your students, colleagues, and friends, as well-everyone is welcome to attend! The 3MT Competition is a great way to learn about the exciting and eye-opening work being conducted by KU graduate students. If you know one of the competitors, please also help us congratulate them on their participation in this global research communication event.
