The Dole Institute is pleased to welcome United States Trade Representative Robert E. Lighthizer for a special live-streamed event. “We are extremely excited to welcome Ambassador Lighthizer to the institute,” said Director Bill Lacy. “We have never before had a cabinet member of a seated U.S. President as a guest. Bob worked with President Ronald Reagan and Senator Bob Dole on trade issues. He also worked on Senator Dole’s 1988 presidential campaign, where I first met him.”

Military & Veteran Families Gratitude Drive-Thru

In honor of Military Family Appreciation Month this November, veterans and their families and caregivers are encouraged to drive through at any point from 9:00am – 11:00am on Saturday to be showered with special gifts, resources, and other tokens of appreciation from local organizations.

The Dole Institute will also host an open house from 9:00am – 11:00am on November 14 in honor of the Hidden Heroes initiative and the Elizabeth Dole Foundation.
