Colleagues, some of you had paid for travel to upcoming conferences. Given the number of conferences being cancelled KU is planning on issuing a policy on reimbursements by the end of the week. We’ll do our best to make sure that you recover your costs for these conferences.

On the delayed restart of classes: please follow KU issued guidance. Use your own judgement on coming into campus, but don’t come in if you are sick.

Any upcoming meetings can be conducted online or rescheduled. Simply put, avoid close contact.
