It’s hard to believe that a new semester is about to begin. The Center for Global & International Studies is extending a warm welcome back to the virtual KU campus!



We are kicking off the semester with a fantastic event called “Portraits of a Global Pandemic: Regional Responses.” On September 4, five experts will discuss how COVID-19 has impacted various world regions. We hope you will join us. The event will be on Zoom (more details to follow). Please pass this on to people in your unit who might be interested. Thank you.

Speakers include Renato Lima de Oliveira, Katie Rhine, Mike Wuthrich, Ani Kokobobo, and John Kennedy. The discussion will be moderated by Luciano Tosta.
