[Pols-announce] Time change Sunday reminder-Fall Back!

I forgot to send something out earlier today, so hopefully you've had plenty reminders.  Daylight savings ends Sunday, which means we turn our clocks back an hour late Saturday night or on Sunday morning, or at least by Monday!  Fall back!   -Linda
