[Pols-announce] Daylight savings time ends Sunday- reminder

Hi all,  Just my usual reminder.   Daylight savings time ends on Sunday, which means you need to remember to
"Fall" back an hour on your clocks, the ones that don't do it automatically, before going to bed Saturday or early Sunday morning.
