[Pols-announce] Office hours, campus visitor in Sept

Those who have not yet submitted their Fall office hours to me, please do so soon.  We have started to have more student traffic.

Also, I need a faculty who is available on Fridays, to meet with the visiting student (described below) on Friday, Sept 21 at 1:30pm or later.
