[Pols-announce] grad seminars on wed, and change to 720

[Haider-Markel, Donald Patrick]

We managed to schedule overlapping graduate courses on Wednesday afternoons.

To solve this problem POLS 720 will shift to Tuesdays at 1pm.

That will allow students to enroll in both 810 and 720 if they desire.

Any students wishing to enroll in 720 but have a conflict on Tuesdays please let me know.

Sorry for the confusion.
