[Pols-announce] candidate visits

As we prepare for upcoming candidate visits please remember that candidates should always be walked from one appointment to the next and not left to wander on their own.

Faculty attending meals should choose one person to pay other than the candidate. All of your costs will be reimbursed.

Graduate students that would like to volunteer for transportation duties please let Linda know. For those transporting candidates in vehicles we will reimburse you for mileage and tolls.
