[Pols-announce] Reminder: Fall back on Sunday

A quick reminder that Sunday is daylight savings time and so you need to  Fall back  one hour, on your clocks,  that day.

Also, it is already November so please be working together, advisors and students, to get anything else this semester scheduled soon, such as any exams or defenses.
