<p class="MsoNormal"><span style="font-family:Raleway">The City Commission has initiated a text amendment (AMDT-25-0004) to the Oread Neighborhood Design Guidelines as requested by Paul Werner Architects to make the following changes to the document:<o:p></o:p></span></p>

<li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2"><span style="font-family:Raleway">To revise the statement on page 80 of the Oread Neighborhood Design Guidelines 2016 Edition to remove the requirement of 7,260 square feet for a “duplex”
in District 1.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2"><span style="font-family:Raleway">Remove the restriction of creating or modifying lots to accommodate the construction of duplexes or other higher intensity residential dwellings in
District 1.<o:p></o:p></span></li><li class="MsoListParagraph" style="margin-left:0in;mso-list:l0 level1 lfo2"><span style="font-family:Raleway">Remove all instances of “duplex” and replace them with “two-unit dwelling” to be consistent with the newly adopted Land Development Code.<o:p></o:p></span></li></ol>

for the meeting. Please send this meeting flyer to your mailing list and other individuals and groups that have interest in the Oread neighborhood. You do not have to be a property owner to attend. This is a neighborhood meeting, and all are welcome.
