    At Tuesday's Lawrence City Commission meeting, they will consider a

    final draft of the single-use plastic bag ban ordinance.  Bring a

    reusable bag to fly high as a show of support.<br>

    They'll be considering possible wording edits.  Tell them don't

    weaken it, but strengthen it by requiring that reusable bags be at

    least 40% recyclable content.<br>
