There are two types of STRs, Primary and Non-Primary. The map indicates where these types are allowed. The green areas indicate only Primary STRs and the yellow areas indicate both Primary and Non-Primary STRs. The zones with no color indicate where STRs are
prohibited.</p>
Here is a copy of what their zoning department sent to me when I asked about how ADU (carriage houses) are part of a primary (owner occupied) class of STR. Also note they include half of an owner-occupied duplex in this statement as well.</div>
