</i>document speaks to how the City proposes the CDBG and HOME funding allocations are to be recommended beginning with the 2020 program year. The Citizen Participation Plan is a HUD-required document that speaks to citizen input and regulatory processes for
the grants. These documents will be open for written public comment from 11/1/19 to 12/1/19. A notice of the public comment period will appear in the 11/1/2019 Lawrence Journal World. Please submit any written comment and/or questions to Danelle Walters
