<div>I do subscribe to the Eric Kirkendall analysis. It seems too many people who have been managing our tax dollars might in fact have been mis-managing </div><div>under the umbrella of preparing for the future. In the pocees of preparing for the future perhaps over extending our markets has been the ultimate result.</div><div><br></div><div>Pehaps rules, codes and regulations could be reviewed and revised to the point that saying NO MORE is legal.
