      The online minutes archive comprises 6 years of minutes.  I had

      the idea to add minutes prior to 2013.  However, the only form

      that Courtney has is a notebook of printed minutes.  I'm afraid

      the task is too daunting to scan, OCR, and upload these minutes. 

      However, I am contacting you today on the off chance that one of

      you has minutes prior to 2013 in digital form; a disk or on your

      hard drive.  If you have any minutes prior to December, 2013 in

      digital form, would you please contact me at <a
