            from Haskell to Massachusetts, and 21st St. from

            provide a comfortable experience for cyclists of all ages

        To help people get a feel for bicycle boulevards, On March 21,
        the City of Lawrence installed <font color="#006600"><b>temporary
            bicycle and traffic demonstration projects at the
            intersection of 13th and Connecticut St. and on 21st St.
            east of Naismith Dr</b></font>.  These temporary
        demonstration projects, or "pop-ups", are short-term, low-cost
        demos that will allow the community to </font></font><font
      color="#006600"><font color="#000000"><font color="#006600"><font
            color="#000000">walk, wheel or drive through them, and</font></font>
        provide feedback before permanent traffic calming treatments are
        installed.  These are two of the four bicycle boulevards </font></font><font
      color="#006600"><font color="#000000"><font color="#006600"><font
            color="#000000">that were identified in the 2016 <a
