[Electronic-LAN] September LAN Meeting invitation

[Paradigm Design]

Hey Holli, you had said that the Brook Creek Neighborhood apartment 
complex would be on this agenda.  I don't find it there.  I  hope you 
don't intend it to be lumped in at the end under "neighborhood reports".

Can we please have an early slot at the beginning of the meeting? This 
zoning proposal would allow the largest apartment complex in the entire 
city, a "density" impact way beyond reason, and with implications for 
other neighborhoods as we anticipate the new Development Code.
