 Great news!  the E. 15th Street apartment rezoning has been withdrawn.  Thanks for the support of all the neighborhoods working through L-A-N.
 
 The density that's coming in the new Development Code should mainly focus on new development so as to curtail sprawl, and be nuanced for contextual concerns in existing neighborhoods.  I think this victory is an expression of that.
