[Electronic-lan] 20 MPH pavement markings installation

Heads up everyone!
Our requested 20 MPH pavement markings in Brook Creek Neighborhood are 
going in today.  This is one of the early projects in the Neighborhood 
Traffic Safety Management Program, and being paid for through a CDBG grant.

We applied to CDBG for the grant two years ago with the support of 
Municipal Services & Operations.  They waited to install the pavement 
markings until after our streets were repaved this Summer. We hope this 
will compel the remaining number of speeders cutting through Brook Creek 
to slow down or take another route.
