FYI, the 14 October Planning Comm. Mid-month meeting has been deferred 
again, now to 4 November.  To remind you, it's about "Lifecycle of 
Planning Commission Submittals", to familiarize everyone with how the 
sometimes unclear process works.

Hi Michael,

No, the October 14^th Planning Commission Mid-Month meeting has been 
canceled. The Planning Commission will use their regular October 26^th 
meeting as a study session for “Draft County Stormwater Regulation: 
Presentation and Feedback”.  The “Lifecyle of Planning Commission 
Submittals” has been rescheduled for November.

        items after the meeting. The session is tentatively scheduled
        for October 14. The Planning Commission Mid-Month meetings are

        So back to my question from the LAN meeting.  For this Plan.
        Comm. study session on "Lifecycle of Planning Commission
        Submittals" (14 Oct), what can you tell us about it's scope, and
        if the public will be allowed to participate - by Zoom, and by
        comments?
