Organized neighborhoods, such as Centennial, have not had enough leaders to sustain activity over time. (We have a brand-new leader with wonderful ideas to help kick-start us again.) We still need a neighborhood plan—and enough new/old people to work on it.

Typically a neighborhood group is formed around a big contraversial issue but it doesn't always have to be born in conflict.

What does everyone think?
