[Electronic-lan] LAN meeting Wednesday November 18

[Paradigm Design]

Commissioner Larsen, supported by Commissioner Boley, just made a strong 
case for lifting the priority of updating neighborhood plans.  Craig 
Owens will report in 30 days how the Planning Office might devote more 
staff time to neighborhood plans.
