[Electronic-lan] Story collection project

LAN was asked to help collect individual stories regarding your individual
experiences during the COVID emergency period.  The Kansas Children's
Cabinet and Trust and the University of Kansas are partnering with
organizations and individuals to collect stories from all over Kansas for
archiving, research and to aid the Governor's present response to
COVID-19.  You can click this link

answer some questions if you want, or just submit your story and be done.
The stories are submitted anonymously.  Below is more information provided
to us about the project and how you can participate.  I hope you'll click
the link and take a look at how it works.  I submitted a story and wrote
more than I thought I would.  Please forward this on to anyone else you
think would be interested.

We know that you must be experiencing a lot of stress and facing many
unknowns. We want to support you and other Kansans during the COVID-19
outbreak, and that starts with understanding your individual experience.



*Can you share a story with us online? *



*These stories are part of an effort known as Our Tomorrows. All stories
are submitted anonymously and will be used to get the lived experiences of
real-life Kansans into the hands of key decision makers.*



They will become part of an online statewide Story Bank, which will support
rapid response to the critical needs of Kansans. The Story Bank can be used
immediately by decision-makers at any level – including legislators and
people in your agency – to inform actions and next steps during this time
of uncertainty.



COVID-19 has shown that we need stories now more than ever to understand
the real impact on families, meet needs, and prioritize our efforts. We need to
hear from you so that we all can better understand the real and immediate
impact this crisis is having on the daily life of Kansans!
