*Public meeting to be held for right-of-way street event stakeholders*

The City of Lawrence will hold a public meeting to discuss the 
right-of-way street event permit process.

The meeting will be held from 3 - 6 p.m. on Tuesday, Jan. 28, in the 
City Commission Room at City Hall, 6 East Sixth St.

The meeting will be held in three, hour-long sessions beginning at the 
top of each hour and will cover the same topics each hour. The meeting 
will consist of the introduction of City staff involved in the permit 
process, details about the permit process from initial inquiry to 
approval, policy review and feedback, as well as a question/answer period.

The meeting is open to the public to attend. Those who have used the 
service in the recent past were sent a notice of the meeting.
