Ms Pepper,
I am on Board of Directors of the West Hills Homes Association.  I and some of my neighbors are curious as to what the new replacement Stratford Water Tower will look like.  I have searched on-line to no avail.  Is there a chance that you could email me or direct me to any drawings or descriptions?  Is it going to be an elevated tower or more of a large ground mounted tank as they installed on Oread Ave and out on Kasold?

I realize that Sandy Day is Planner for this but thought I’d ask you first since I have met you at LAN meetings.
