Dear Neighborhoods,

We learned today that Vice-Mayor Ananda will not be present for this 
evening’s City Commission meeting.  The Mayor desires a full commission 
to consider the second reading of the P2040 ordinance, so that item will 
be deferred and will instead be scheduled for the October 1 agenda.
