Good Morning,
A text amendment, TA-13-00235, was initiated to revise the parking,
loading, and access standards of Article 9 of the Land Development Code. A
draft of the proposed revised language is now ready for public review and
comment. The draft language and a summary of the proposed changes are
being provided in this email to design professionals, members of
neighborhood associations, and other community stakeholders for review and
comment. Please feel free to forward this information on to other
interested parties I may have missed.

The draft language will be presented to the Planning Commission at their
September 25th meeting for discussion and the text amendment will be placed
on a later agenda for action. The September 25th meeting will be held in
the Commission Room, 1st Floor, City Hall, 6 East 6th Street and will begin
at 6:30 PM. The meeting will also be streamed live on
