[Electronic-lan] City required notifications as discussed at June and July LAN meetings

Thanks so much for this information, Courtney, and also for getting me back on Oak Hill meeting list and sending me Oak Hill interactive link.  

Wish City would add notifications to homeowners regarding water usage.  I recently found out that I had a SLOW water leak over the past two years, but Utility dept. told me they don’t alert homeowners until water usage triples—hardly the case for the majority of slow water leaks.  Anyhoo, I had my water main line replaced on Wednesday and will apply for limited two-month refund on water bill (“Leak Adjustment” form).  I also plan to write letter to City Commissioners and letter to LJW editor about this issue.
