Solar activist, *Robert Rosenberg*, will be the keynote speaker at 
the12th annual meeting of Sustainability Action Network.  His talk will 
be on *"Solar Panels for Everyone: How New Technology Has Made 
Home-Grown Energy Easy, Safe, and Cheap"*. Robert is an organizer with 
the Manhattan based Flint Hills Renewable Energy & Efficiency Co-op 
(FHREEC).  They buy solar panels at quantity discounts, and self-install 
systems at each participant's home.  Robert and other FHREECs have also 
waded into the controversial Kansas regulatory issue of discriminatory 
demand fees, both at the Corporation Commission and the Legislature.

The meeting and talk will follow the electric vehicle parade and the 
Earth Day celebration in South Park.  The event willbegin with a pot 
luck dinner, and segue into Robert's talk, a review of our past year's 
accomplishments, an open forum on projects for the current year, an 
introduction to our Board of Directors, and an election of new Board 
members.  After that we'll celebrate and socialize!
