[Electronic-lan] Changing Building Codes in Lawrence, KS

Dean LAN listserve members,

Here is the document prepared by Candy Davis as a brief guide to initiating
an amendment to the Lawrence Land Development Code or the City Code, or
applying for a rezoning of land.  We will be discussing posting it to the
LAN website at the meeting this evening.  I will bring some copies.
