The City Manager's report for tomorrow's City Commission meeting has an 
announcement of a new web service for citizens to Report Dangerous or 
Illegal Traffic Behavior <https://lawrenceks.org/traffic-safety/>.  Save 
that link.

Markus says that the City gets many calls about repeated dangerous 
driving behavior in people's neighborhoods.  So they created this 
on-line tool to report driving behaviors that endanger pedestrians, 
bicyclists, or other motorists - behaviors like
speeding vehicles, vehicles running stops signs, failing to yield at 
crosswalks, and other hazardous driving.
