[Electronic-lan] Jail tour available for LAN and Sidewalks on CC agenda Tuesday

Dear All,

We are invited to tour the jail in advance of the upcoming vote. We have
some choices on dates. If those interested could respond back with the best
dates we will try to narrow it down to one date that's better for most
people.
March 9th,14th,16th, 20th, 21st, and 23rd are the dates to choose from.


Also, don't forget to come and make your voice heard Tuesday regarding the
proposed sidewalk policy. Remember that you only have 3 minutes to speak
during public comment.
