Why vote?
Primaries bring out the most ardent supporters of extremist candidates. Have your say in rejecting their policies to cut schools, underfund our safety net services, attack our impartial courts, and deny health care where it is most needed.

The Voter Education Coalition is hosting three candidate forums for the upcoming primary election, which is August 7th. Information has been shared to the LAN Facebook page, and details also follow below. If you have any questions you'd like to submit to be considered for a forum, please email them to: vecdgks at gmail.com as soon as possible. Candidates participating in the forums are only for elections in which a primary is required. All forums will be held at City Hall in the commission chambers.
