[Electronic-lan] VEC candidate forums for primary elections coming up

Voter Education Coalition is planning to host forums for the following 
primary elections the weekend of July 14-15:

County Commission District 1 (3 Dem candidates...election will be 
decided by primary election). FYI, this district is the only one with 
boundaries completely inside the city limits of Lawrence.

State House of Representatives Districts that will have primaries (HD44 
(2 Dem candidates) will also be decided by the primary election).

Questions are welcomed from anyone...you don't have to live in a 
particular district to submit questions.

Please forward this to your neighborhood associations and if they have 
any questions, to please submit them to me, directly, as LAN 
representative to VEC, at: melin at sunflower dot com.
