There are three dates applicable to the Planning Commission which are provided below.

1)      Legal notice: This is published in the paper on a Sunday at least 20 days prior to the Planning Commission meeting. For the January Planning Commission meeting, the legal notice was published on December 31.

2)      Agenda posting: This occurs two Fridays before the meeting. For the January meeting, the agenda will be posted on January 12th.

3)      Packet posting: This typically occurs on the Tuesday the week before the Planning Commission meeting. For the January meeting, the packet should be posted on the 16th.

Did you find out when the agenda is created? e.g. how many days before the PC meeting? We're going to discuss re-scheduling the LAN meeting again tonight.
