[Electronic-lan] draft December minutes

Dear LAN listserve recipients,
I have attached the draft minutes for the Dec. 19 meeting.  Feel free to 
reply to gkwebber at gmail.com  with any edits.  NOTE: At the meeting I 
mistakenly stated that our meeting day was the second Wednesday.  This 
is incorrect.  If we maintain our 2018 schedule, we will meet on the 
third Wednesday evening of each month.  That makes the next meeting on 
January 16, 2019.
