The CIP is scheduled for a CC study session on Tuesday, May 8th. It 
includes the 19th Street upgrade from Harper to O'Connell, connecting 
19th Street to O'Connell.

However, tomorrow night they will vote to authorize staff to issue a 
Request for Qualifications for design services for 19th Street – Harper 
to O’Connell Road (CIP PW17E3), if appropriate.

Please show up and tell them they're out of order. Literally.
