There is a major talk at Lied Center tonight, I need to attend that.  Will miss LAN, sorry.
In Barker area, two large infill duplexes on 13 or 14th sts. behind 15th ST. playground arealmost finished, one already sold,
Traffic calming device has been approved for Leonard Ave. but I wonder how that will workon this narrow street, ditches on each side, no sidewalks.  Practically a country lane.
Sunrise project doing well.
