Melinda,

Yes, this is our annual training/retreat for the PC which lasts all of 
Friday, the 17^th of November.  The lunch is provided to the commissions 
and staff.  The agenda has not been set yet, but the entire day is a 
public meeting of the PC.  There are no action items on the agenda; 
mostly training.
