This is really open to the public? Does a member of the public attend the meals and bring their own sandwiches or are those portions of the agenda closed to planning commission members only?

Especially good for new LAN members working to understand the planning process.

City can't provide lunch (too complicated, apparently, to add a few sandwiches and charge us) so lunch is on your own.
