  * Build a common understanding of how a complete streets policy can
    help enable safe access for all users, regardless of age, ability,
    or mode of transportation

  * Briefly explore how well the current Lawrence Complete Streets
    Policy, practices and the decision-making process function toward
    creating and operating complete streets, and contract them with
    complete streets best practices

  * Guide participants in identifying specific next steps to update the
    Lawrence Complete Streets Policy
