[Electronic-lan] Neighborhood Garage Sale Questions

Brook Creek neighborhood association has done a neighborhood wide sale
where each household holds their own sale, but the neighborhood association
advertises the sale and lists specific addresses in the advertisements for
a $10 donation per household.  That has worked well for us.  Let me know if
